During my time as a Marketing Coordinator, one task of mine was to post and boost ads on Facebook for a brand new apartment community located in San Antonio, Texas. This project was a lease-up which meant it was at 0% occupancy because it was a new build. The campaign needed to assist the on-site teams with lead generation, awareness, and online applications. The advertising I created spoke of the readapted air force buildings that were made into apartment homes. The target audience was young professionals living near and commuting to work from the area.
The data shows that we only spent $1,086 using Facebook boosted ads to generate 56 leads. These leads resulted in 10 signed leases (some still ongoing because of renewed leases). The revenue generated from this source of advertising is $106,336, which will continue to increase with every renewed lease captured by this source.
